convenient location friendly staff adequate room inconsistent technology noisy air conditioning missing coffee
the location was convenient as it was close to several attractions. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the room size was adequate for my needs (i was in a cosy double room).
the technology in the room was inconsistent. the keycards sometimes did not work on the first try. the air conditioning was somewhat noisy. there was no complimentary coffee, only tea bags.

fantastic location efficient check-in friendly staff terrible hairdryer dim lighting hard pillows
The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to central station. check-in was efficient, and i received a lovely welcome gift in the room to celebrate a hotel anniversary. staff were friendly .
The hairdryer in the room proved terrible. It was fixed to the wall and seemed quite old. the lighting in my room was also very dim. the pillows felt very hard so it affected my sleep.

unprofessional conduct dirty carpet
The room i stayed in felt a bit outdated. the walls seemed like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, and the carpet had some noticeable stains. also, i found the staff at the front desk to be less professional than i expected. They were quite informal, almost to a fault unprofessional conduct, dirty carpet

somewhat underwhelming experience
limited space bathroom cleanliness
The room felt cramped. there was little space for suitcases. the bathroom was not especially clean. I noticed glue residue. also, the step into the bathroom proved awkWard.

uneven stay, some issues DETRACTED
stained sheets cramped room
the cleanliness really disappointed me. i HAD to ask them to change the sheets after four days. a stain remained on the sheets from the first day so THAT wasn't pleasant. plus, the room was not big and it felt really cramped.

excellent location and historic charm
prime location friendly staff fresh options comfortable bed
the hotel sits in a prime location. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. breakfast offered fresh options and proved very convenient. my room featured a comfortable bed prepared daily.
the light well view from my room was not ideal.
